Sandy Cristel's NEW SHOP AND HEALING CENTRE 2012
After starting out in 2010, working various Market Stalls all week at the crack of dawn, practically single handedly, and struggling doing readings on a cardboard box in a noisy, cold, busy environment, to opening my very first shop and healing centre at the Courtyard Craft Centre, it truly is an amazing feeling of what can happen when you really start from the bottom and work up.
Believing in yourself, never giving up, and proving to the world that what you have to offer is special and becoming successful in what you do is the greatest personal achievement anyone could wish for. Yes it takes courage, determination, hard work, focus and dedication but anyone can achieve anything they want just with those few qualities. It IS possible to live your dream. I am living proof of that fact.
When I opened my first shop at the Craft Courtyard Centre, I unfortunately, didn't have any say in the set up of my working areas and so it was never quite right for me to work effectively since day one - things were just not going to plan and I was becoming increasingly frustrated and resentful with the unprofessional set up. Lack of space and a confined working area was a major issue for me, and the flow of chi was all over the place. In the end it became more and more claustrophobic and oppressive that I decided to close the shop after a year and a half.
Once I had made up my mind to close, a few wonderful opportunities literally fell out the sky in less than a week, which were too good to be ignored. *Thank you Universe and Guides*. In a matter of weeks, I opened my new shop and healing centre in a plush new unit at the Courtyard. I spent hours planning the space I required and ensuring the set up of my working area was exactly what I wanted and how I needed it, plus not forgetting to ensure the flow of chi was just right.
I have to admit I am so happy with the result and my clients are really enjoying the new relaxing space and beautiful energy. It is simply perfect and I love it - it is purely all me and ultimately my special sacred space that I share with my clients.
Not only are all the usual goodies still available to buy, I also still offer personal Lenormand Oracle Readings on my new reading table and of course my range of Holistic Therapies from Chakra Balancing, Aura Cleansings, Reiki and Shamanic Healing.
In March 2012, I shall be attending a local college to further my career and my offerings. My eventual goal is to become an acupuncturist but that is a little way off just yet. As with everything, the groundwork has to be covered and it is going to be an exciting and rewarding journey for me.
If you are in the area, please drop in and say hello. Parking and entrance to the centre is completely free and the centre is filled with some really wonderful and unusual items for sale in the various shops. There is also a delicious cafe that serves the best coffees and superb food.
