Natural Healing is a gift that I have had all my life but only came to the full realisation about 15 years ago. Since then has been developing at an almighty rate. Natural healing energy can be focused for all kinds of problems, especially where conventional medicine may have failed. I can help you restore your emotional, mental, spiritual and physical wellbeing, as well as resolving past life issues and blockages.

Healing can be performed "hands on" or "remote".  Hands on is when I will physically lay my hands on a client and channel the energy around the body.  Remote healing is done through deep meditation using an ancient but very effective Shamanic way.  Although I have my own methods of healing, I have completed various courses over the years, including a Shamanic Ama Deus Healing Course and a Kundalini Reiki Course, which has enabled me to become a registered International Natural Healer at Master/Teacher level.   I have have also received an Honours Diploma in Energy Anatomy.

Both the Shamanic way of healing and the Reiki healing differs from the way I originally naturally worked but is extremely effective and less tiring so these are both now my preferred way of holistic healing.  All you need to do is relax, accept and allow the energy to flow through your body.

I have two guides with whom I am in constant communication with. However, during healing it is not uncommon that spirits connected with a client will come forward and communicate with me. During your healing, and if you are happy to, I am more than willing to share any information or messages they may have for you.

Remote Holistic Spiritual Healing by Sandy RH, INHA

I offer healing to people of all ages, including children, and also to pets and animals.  When giving healing to the very elderly, young children or animals, one healing session will last no longer than 20-30 minutes and I will only channel gentle Shamanic Healing energy.
