Complete body detox, great for kick starting the metabolism and getting rid of fluid retention and toxins to aid healing.

FOOT and/or HAND REFLEXOLOGY
Relaxing and healing. I work on specific areas of each foot or hand, which target certain areas in the body that require healing, releasing any blocks caused by emotional tension or physical pain.

HOPI EAR CANDLING WITH RELAXING FACE MASSAGE
Brilliant for easing tinnitus and to help level out the pressure in the ears and sinuses. Includes a lymph drainage face massage.

CHAKRA BALANCING WITH VIOLET FLAME & SMUDGING
Listening to a beautiful relaxing guided meditation, I gently work through all your emotional energy centres (Chakras), with crystals, cleansing, healing, rebalancing them and removing any negativity. Working with The Violet Flame you will leave feeling balanced and refreshed.

Coupled with healing vibrations of sound it can make a huge difference to your mood and you will leave feeling lighter, positive and free from negativity.

ANIMAL / PET HEALING
Many animals love healing but can only take short bursts until they have had enough. A session usually lasts approximately 20 to 30 minutes for a dog for example.
